Daniel slipped me into his very busy day to assess why I had been losing water in my pool for months. My pool service wasn't sure and recommended I buy a new pump at $1,300+. I called Texas proud Pools- on a Monday morning and by Monday afternoon Daniel came over and accessed the problems I had with my pool. Pump was leaking and various other problems primarily due to the age of the equipment. Daniel gave me estimates on replacing and repairing. He was very efficient and courteous. Called the owner Daniel on Thursday asking him about an advice on my new pump I installed my self and I was having problem with it, I sent him pictures of the pump and the plumbing he walked me through the issue but no luck!!! He called me saying that he's in the neighborhood and he would like to stop by to look at it. when he got to my house he discovered that the problem was electricals not the pump itself. He fixed the the problem and explained every step of the way. My pool started to turn green he added chemicals for a very low price. I was looking to get my pool system automated and have a new variable speed pump installed. I had a few companies give a quote and all the prices were pretty comparable. I highly recommend Daniel and Texas Proud Pools. My main pump had been out for a week while I kept waiting and waiting for another company to give me a quote and time frame of being able to fix the issues. I called Texas Proud Pools on a Friday and Daniel started working immediately. He ran by, took a look and got me a quote within just a couple of hours. The quote ended up being better than the other company that finally sent a quote but couldn't start for 4-5 days, so I asked for a couple of upgrades. After I approved the quote, Daniel ran all over Houston the same day to get the parts needed. He started the next day, a Saturday, which was a day off he was using to prep for vacation. Not only did he get everything repaired he was even able to install the upgrades the same day. Daniel was able to handle all of this while I was out of town for a funeral. He communicated with me the entire time and explained everything in detail. Daniel followed up after his vacation and Thanksgiving to see how things were running. I let him know there was a small issue with the pump not kicking on with the program. He came by with in 15 minutes. It ended up being a switch starting to fail inside the control panel.
